To change or cancel one of your existing reservations, click on the View Reservations link. From there, you will be able to see all of your current and past reservations. If the reservation has not yet occurred, you will have the opportunity to click Cancel or View in order to update any information. If you would like to contact our Concierge department with a specific question about your reservation, please click on Messages next to the appropriate reservation. Please note that if a reservation has already occurred, you will not see the Cancel link.
When you are ready to book your travel arrangements, you can browse any of the sections of your membership to access all of the amazing benefits. You can search for and book your airfare for everyone traveling in your group directly through the Flights section of your membership. During the booking process, you will have the ability to browse by class (i.e. first class, business, economy, etc.), select your seat preference (aisle or window), and even have your flight count towards any applicable frequent flyer programs! Once you have placed your reservation, you will be sent information on how to check-in for your flight and select your specific seats.
To see how many Reward Credits you have earned, click on Reward Credits, located in the My Account section. Here you will be able to see all of your reward credits. This will show you when and how they were earned, the quantity, the expiration date, and the status of the credits. Please note that only Active reward credits can be redeemed. If you have not yet completed your travel, the reward credits earned for that travel will not yet be Active.
To assign a Guest Pass, click on the Guest Passes link in the My Account section. From here, just click on Assign Guest Pass. You can then enter the First Name, Last Name, Email, Preferred Language, and Country of Residence. Once you have entered the information, click Update Guest Pass. You will then see the newly assigned guest pass under the Assigned Guest Passes section. If you do not have any guest passes available, click on Purchase Guest Passes to add more to your account. The person that you have assigned to the guest pass will receive an email with all of their log-in information.

Go online to schedule a Personal Concierge Appointment. Select the date and time that works best for you and let us know what you would like to discuss. Please be as detailed as possible so our Concierge Team can have all of the appropriate information ready for your appointment.
To update the information for the travelers on your account, you can Edit their information directly from the checkout page once you are ready to place your reservation, or you may do so via the My Account section, under Manage > My Profile. To add a new traveler from either page, just click the Add New Traveler link. To Edit or Delete a traveler, just click the desired link next to the existing information. Please note that neither the Primary or Secondary Traveler can be deleted from your account.

To change your preferred language and/or preferred currency, click on the culture drop down in the top righthand corner of the upper navigation. Once you've selected your preferred language and/or preferred currency, simply click on the Apply button to save it to your preferences.
